This confirmation dialog appears when you attempt to delete criteria from the set of criteria that defines the cohort of a query. UPDBL is simply confirming that you really want to delete the selected criteria and any of its sub-criteria (interior branches of the logic structure based on this criteria). Clicking OK will actually deleted the selected criteria. Clicking Cancel will return you to the Cohort Builder window without deleting any criteria.
