This error message appears if there is an interruption where your connection with the server is lost or if a period of time passes in which you do not do anything and your connection times out. Click OK to clear the error message. The only thing you can do about this is to close the application and start it again, which will log you on again. If you continue to have problems with this, make sure you close your browser completely before restarting the application, which will ensure that you have the opportunity to log on again.
