GNomEx has changed the way downloads work. Rather than having checkboxes on the tree with the files, click on the 'Download Files' link.
GNomEx will bring up a window showing the files. Drag files and or folders (multi-select is permitted) over to the right panel. Then click the Download button or the FDT Download button.
