Overview
Users may optionally configure billing account fields. There are two types of billing account fields which may be configured.
Internal account fields are included in the account number.
Other account fields are billing account fields not included in the account number.

Internal vs. Other Account Fields
This view differentiates internal and other account fields using the Work Authorization screen. Note that these fields will also appear during editing of billing accounts in Users/Groups.

Account Number Formatting
In several areas the account number is shown as a dash(-) separated string. This string is built using the internal account fields in the order specified during configuration.
