A patient's medical care providers are recorded in the Providers grid on the Overview tab of the patient detail window — see The Overview Tab (Patient Detail Window). Providers added to a patient record are selected from a shared provider list that is jointly maintained by all of the cancer groups using CCR's Provider Dictionary — see Dictionaries. The Role each provider plays in giving medical care to the patient is also listed in the Providers grid next to the provider's name.
