To add a diagnosis to a patient record:
Open the patient window for the patient to add the diagnosis — see Editing Patient Records on how to open the patient window.
- Select the Diagnoses tab.
- Click
to the right above the Diagnoses list on that tab. The Add Diagnosis window will open.
- Fill in the appropriate fields on the Add Diagnosis window.
- Click
to save any changes.
- Click
to close the Add Diagnosis window.
