To add a pathology report to a specimen record:

• Open the specimen record to add the pathology record.
• Select the Path Reports tab.

• Clickabove the Pathology Reports list. The Add/Link Pathology Report window will open.

• If the pathology report you want to add already exists in the list on the Add/Link Pathology Report window:
  • Click on the pathology report in the list.
  • Click. The selected Path Report will be linked to the specimen. (The process is now complete)

• To reduce the number of pathology reports in the list clickand use the fields that appear to enter criteria for filtering the list.
• If the pathology report you want to add is not in the list, clickabove the list. The Add New Path Report window will open.

• Enter the appropriate basic information about the path report on the Add New Path Report window.

• Click. A new path report will be added to the Pathology Reports list on the specimen window. Open the Pathology Reports Detail window for the path report by double-clicking on it.
